The Freedom Mantra

In life, there are times when we all face moments where we doubt ourselves and question our worth. We may find ourselves constantly striving for external validation and approval, always feeling like we're not quite enough. But what if we could break free from these negative thought patterns and start believing in our own inherent value?

That's where mantras come in. A mantra is a phrase or statement that we repeat to ourselves over and over again, connecting us to a deeper truth. It's not just an affirmation, which can sometimes feel like wishful thinking; a mantra is already true, and by repeating it, we can fully internalize that truth.

One powerful mantra that I want to share with you is something I call The Freedom Mantra

"I am good enough right now, being me."

Let's break that down…

Claim Your Truth

The first part of the mantra is "I am." Those two words hold tremendous power, as everything we say after them is a claim of truth. When we say "I am good enough," we are affirming that we are inherently valuable and worthy, no matter what. The word “enough” is key here—it takes us out of the constant void of pursuit and achievement and allows us to feel comfortable with our current state of being.

Stay in the Moment

The second part of the mantra is "right now." This is where the mantra becomes particularly potent, as it emphasizes that our worth exists in the present moment. We don't have to look to the past or future for validation; we are good enough right now, in this moment. Were we good enough yesterday? Will we be good enough in the future? The answer is yes, but what really actually matters is the present moment.

Just Be You

Finally, the third part of the mantra is "being me." This is where the mantra becomes deeply personal, reminding us that we don't have to do anything to be worthy. We are already enough simply by existing as ourselves

When we repeat the Freedom mantra to ourselves, we are connecting to a powerful truth: that we are inherently valuable and worthy, no matter what. It's a reminder that we can carry with us throughout our day, no matter what challenges or setbacks we may face.

Of course, repeating a mantra isn't a magic solution to all our problems. We may still doubt ourselves or struggle with feelings of inadequacy. However, by connecting to this deeper truth, we can start to shift our mindset and become more confident in who we are and what we're capable of.

I promise you that you will feel more confident in yourself if you use this mantra in your daily routine.  Repeat it to yourself once a day, or even multiple times throughout the day (I recommend at least 10 times per day, if possible). You may be surprised at how much it helps you connect to your own inherent worth and value. Remember: you are good enough, right now, being you.

Much Love,
